DISINFO: Borrell acts on the basis of corporate interests and US desires

The EU is an independent political entity which has different institutions that produce the EU’s policies. European Council, European Parliament, European Commission are just some of them. Members of European Council are the heads of state or government of EU countries. Members of European Parliament are elected by EU voters every 5 years.
The foreign policy of EU aims to enable all member countries to carry more weight in the political process. The EEAS is the European Union's diplomatic service. It helps the EU's foreign affairs chief – the High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy – carry out the Union's Common Foreign and Security Policy.
The current The High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs & Security Policy is Josep Borrell. He criticised position of Russia on Navalny case and human rights issues after his visit to Moscow between 4-6 February 2021.
Following this visit, pro-Kremlin media started discrediting him.
