Recurring pro-Kremlin disinformation narrative that advances the claim of the soon-to-come collapse of EU / Europe and European countries being dangerous to live in.
There is no proof that French cities in general have become dangerous for life, or as the disinformation message suggests it, for "walking at noon". This message became widely spread in pro-Kremlin media after the wave of migration of refugees from the Middle East and North Africa. However, according to Global Peace Index, 21 out of the first 30 safest countries are European countries and only two countries in Europe are not ranked in the top half of the index among 163 countries. France is ranked 66th in this index.
