The article seeks to discredit Western liberal-democratic societies by repeating recurring pro-Kremlin disinformation themes about the post-modern West’s alleged decadence and immorality, nihilism, unbridled individualism, materialism, and perverted values. The article’s claims that the citizens of Western societies resemble “zombies” and “slaves”, and are dominated by “selfish values” and “immorality” are obviously a gross distortion of reality.
