DISINFO: Navalny was poisoned with expired Novichok that is why he survived
SUMMARY
Navalny, allegedly poisoned a year ago by the personal order of Putin, was rescued by Russian pilots who landed the plane urgently in Omsk in Siberia and by Russian doctors who took care of him immediately... Navalny eventually arrived at the German clinic La Charité - the one that "treated" Ukrainian President Yushchenko in 2004 for his political poisoning. Back on his feet again, the Novichok must have expired, the question of [Navalny's] return to Russia arose because he was still under judicial control for the Yves Rocher case.

It has been established that Alexei Navalny was targeted by an FSB agents team for years and that there were several poisoning attempts before. The use of micro-encapsulated Novichok by dermal application is a very new and delicate operation that doesn’t succeed all the time. Several other targets survived like Vladimir Kara-Murza or Dmitry Bykov, while others died.
The European Union has introduced restrictive measures against six individuals and one entity involved in the assassination attempt on Alexei Navalny. The sanctions took place in the framework of the restrictive measures against the proliferation and use of chemical weapons.
The EU has also imposed restrictive measures against four Russian individuals responsible for serious human rights violations in Russia, including arbitrary arrests and detentions, as well as widespread and systematic repression of freedom of peaceful assembly and of association, and freedom of opinion and expression.
