DISINFO: Open Society Foundations and NGOs in Armenia are serving a foreign agenda aimed at the collapse of Armenian statehood
SUMMARY
Activities of foreign agents in Armenia should be strictly controlled by the state. Open Society Foundations-Armenia, as well as dozens of other foundations and NGOs in Armenia, are serving foreign agendas. In fact, these agendas are aimed at the collapse of Armenian statehood and the disintegration of society. The proof was the coup d’état in Armenia in 2018. Moreover, those organisations are doing dirty work, which foreign embassies do not implement directly. Activists will continue to expose these structures, states, embassies, workers, and local collaborators. From ordinary propagandists to the President and Prime minister of the Republic of Armenia.

Conspiracy theory, consistent with recurring pro-Kremlin disinformation narratives portraying philanthropist George Soros, his foundation, other related NGOs as a menace bent on destroying Armenia. The Soros Foundation has been supporting human rights, education, research, media and other democratic activities in Armenia since 1997. There was no coup d'etat in 2018 in Armenia, but peaceful protests of hundreds of thousand people in response to Serzh Sargsyan's third consecutive term as the most powerful figure in Armenia. No evidence is given to support the speculative claim that President or Prime Minister of Armenia are foreign agents. An unfounded statement, not supported by evidence about foreign embassies involved in the collapse of Armenian statehood.
