DISINFO: Outside the Great Russian context, Belarusian literature lacks interest
SUMMARY
The more active provincial nationalists are focusing on their local and uninteresting shortcomings, the deeper the cultural degradation of White Russian culture will be. Out side the great Russian context, this culture is not only lacking interest to the masses, but is also toxic and destructive, and hampering any attempts to expressing the vital art of real enthusiasts.

A recurring Kremlin-backed narrative on the Belarusian culture and denying the possibility for Belarus to exist out of all-Russian context.
Belarusian culture is an independent culture which has been developing for many centuries despite the lack of independence for the Belarusian land for a long period of time.
