DISINFO: Pashinyan was brought to power by the West to surrender Nagorno-Karabakh
SUMMARY
Pashinyan was put as the head of Armenia not just by Soros, but by the secret services of foreign states, primarily the UK and the US. The purpose of bringing him to power was as follows: to surrender Nagorno-Karabakh, then surrender Zangezur and provide a direct pipeline from both fields in Azerbaijan and Central Asia to Turkey. The Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan was not brought to power by the Western secret services to surrender Nagorno-Karabakh. There was no coup d'etat in 2018 in Armenia, but peaceful protests of hundreds of thousands of people in response to Serzh Sargsyan's decision to take on the post of prime minister after serving for more than a decade as the country’s president. Sargsyan resigned in response to overwhelming opposition pressure, admitting that he was "wrong". "The street movement is against my tenure. I am fulfilling your demand," his statement said.
Armenia is a sovereign state, which declared its independence in 1991. The incumbent government of Armenia has been democratically elected in 2018 snap parliamentary elections. Those were the first elections after the 2018 revolution and the country's first-ever snap elections. The result was a landslide victory for the "My Step Alliance", which received 70% of the vote and won 88 of the 132 seats in the National Assembly.
