DISINFO: Russia is at war not so much with Ukraine, but with the collective West and its mercenaries
SUMMARY
We are now at war not so much with Ukraine, as with the collective West. We see attacks on the civilian population almost every day. They hit hospitals, crowded places. This is complete control by Western curators and instructors. A lot of them have recently arrived - 150 people. Western command directs the operations from Kyiv.
Many of the Young Europeans, especially the zealous ones cleaned out everything they had, all the warehouses, and carefully swept them up in order to give everything [To Ukraine]...
We were surprised that in recent times numbers of the sent weapons are being hidden, because we see the strikes of these weapons on the civilian population almost every day. They hit hospitals, they hit crowded places. This is under a complete absolute control of Western instructors, curators, of whom there are quite a lot.
It is impossible not to mention the mercenary instructors who have arrived. There are just over a thousand left. More than 2000 mercenaries died.
Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu justified the reasons for the mobilization announced in the country by referring to the war with the West .

Recurring pro-Kremlin disinformation narrative about NATO and Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
Ukraine is a sovereign and independent state. Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity have been only violated as a result of continuous acts of aggression by the Russian armed forces since 2014, culminating with a full-scale military invasion of Ukraine starting on 24 February 2022.
After the unprovoked invasion of Ukraine by Russia, Western countries supplied weapons to help the Ukrainian army to hit the military warehouses and other military infrastructure. At that, Western countries are still reluctant to send all the weapons which Ukraine asks for. The claim that the exact supplies are hidden because Ukraine targets civilians under orders of Western curators is not supported by any evidence and verges on conspiracy.
The false accusation that Ukraine is Nazi / fascist, and therefore targets civilians on purpose, is also recurrent in pro-Kremlin media. Pro-Kremlin media attribute all the atrocities during attacks and occupation of Ukrainian cities and villages to the fact that Ukraine shells its own population. Russia claims that no civilians were hit by its army, all while the potential war crimes of Russia in Ukraine are being investigated by the International Criminal Court.
The claims on "Western mercenaries" is a conspiracy which aims to justify the Russian war in Ukraine. Ukraine called officially on experienced foreign nationals to join its foreign legion whose members are regular soldiers of the Ukrainian army and not mercenaries. Russians nationals formed the "Freedom of Russia" legion fighting for Ukraine.
On 21 September 2022 Russian president Putin announced the mandatory mobilisation of the reservists. It happened after a successful counter offensive of Ukraine in Kharkiv region.
