DISINFO: Russian AI: Ukraine, US are behind deadly terrorist attack outside Moscow
SUMMARY
A Russian Artificial Intelligence system has proved that Ukraine and the US are behind a recent deadly terrorist attack on a concert hall outside Moscow. The proof is as follows:
1. The way the attack was carried out rules out ISIS involvement.
2. The promptness with which American and British news channels reacted to fake news about ISIS involvement probably suggests that they had prepared that fake. That is, they are the authors of the disinformation, which is very profitable for them.
3. The total denial of Ukrainian and US involvement and accusations of ISIS may indicate that Kyiv and Washington were involved.
4. Bloomberg reported that it had been the deadliest terrorist attack in Moscow in the last decade. It destroyed the illusion of security that Putin had carefully cultivated for more than two years. This report suggests that Ukraine is efficient, Putin is weak and the West needs to give Ukraine money so it will finish off Russia.
5. Large-scale releases of panic propaganda material on social networks throughout the night speak of the systematic approach adopted by the British and American intelligence services. ISIS has never worked like this.
6. Choosing Tajiks as perpetrators of the terrorist attack may also have a second purpose, which is destabilisation of the domestic situation in Russia by aggravating relations between the Russians and migrants.
RESPONSE
Pro-Kremlin disinformation narrative depicting Ukraine as a terrorist regime. The claim was made in connection with the Crocus City Hall terrorist attack in Moscow, trying to link Ukraine to the terrorist attacks in Russia without presenting any evidence.
The Islamic State have claimed responsibility for and shared video footage from the attacks, corroborating their claims of responsibility.
Kyiv strongly denied any involvement in the assault on the Crocus City Hall music venue in Krasnogorsk.
In a recent development, news have appeared that Iran had warned Moscow a few days before of an imminent attack by ISIS based on information obtained from arrested ISIS terrorists in Iran.
U.S officials have intelligence that the Islamic State group's Afghan affiliate, IS-Khorasan, is responsible for the Moscow attack. “ISIS bears sole responsibility for this attack. There was no Ukrainian involvement whatsoever,” White House National Security Council spokesperson Adrienne Watson said in a statement.

Even Putin himself acknowledged late on 25 March that Islamists were committing the attack.
