DISINFO: Russia's involvement in Salisbury poisoning unproven
SUMMARY
The European Union deliberately blames Russia for the poisoning of the former GRU intelligence officer Sergei Skripal and his daughter Yulia. A year after the attack on Skripal, the United Kingdom was never able to prove a “Russian trace” and did not provide detailed evidence and evidence that would testify against Russia
RESPONSE
Consistent with many recurring pro-Kremlin disinformation narratives about the Skripal poisoning. The British government, together with the police, conducted a broad investigation into the fact of Scripal's poisoning. Through the media, investigators published most of the results of the investigation and evidence. It is separately emphasised that only Russia had the technical capabilities, experience and motive for the attack. EU and all EU Member States have supported the conclusions of the British investigation.
