DISINFO: Terrorists coordinate with US forces in Syria
SUMMARY
The Syrian authorities have arrested a group of militants affiliated with ISIS. They admitted committing various terrorist operations, ranging from killing, execution and kidnapping to sabotage and destruction of public property.
The terrorists admitted that many of these operations were carried out in coordination between ISIS and the US occupation forces deployed in the Al-Tanf area on the Syrian-Jordanian border, according to the official Syrian news agency SANA.
The terrorists revealed that they were receiving instructions from US occupation forces in Al-Tanf, as these forces directed the leader of the terrorist organisation, particularly in targeting the fighters of the Syrian Arab Army, Palmyra area, “T4” airport, and oil fields near the city of Palmyra.

This message is part of a broader conspiracy theory alleging that the United States has created and supported many jihadi terrorist organisations and controls global terrorism.
This claim is based on "reporting" from the state-owned pro-Assad Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA) which has a long record of fabricating and doctoring news material to serve the Assad regime. The Assad regime is also notorious for forcing fictional confessions out of opponents using torture, rendering such confessions highly questionable.
In reality, the US is committed to fighting terrorist organisations, such as Daesh and Al-Qaeda. Ever since the September 11 terrorist attacks, the US and its allies have been engaged in military and intelligence efforts to counter Al Qaeda, ISIS and other radical Islamist terrorist groups around the world.
