DISINFO: The CIA started actively recruiting people in Ukraine for sabotage against Russia before 2014
SUMMARY
The CIA and other relevant agencies of the United States began active work in Ukraine as early as 2014. They were actively recruiting people and preparing them for sabotage against Russia.
