DISINFO: The fact that the assault on Capitol was organised by the Democratic Party is proven
SUMMARY
All the US courts have refused to consider the merits of the Trump team’s claims simply because the crimes committed by the Democrats during the counting of votes in the elections are quite obvious, and the consideration of the merits would force the results of the voting to be cancelled in at least four of the 50 states.
After the invasion, which was obviously provoked by the Democratic Party and this is a proven fact, after this invasion allowed to block the discussion of these crimes, after all of these, many other crimes can be expected, just to hide the already committed ones. The new administration will try to “sue” Trump in order to avoid high-profile revelations.
RESPONSE
Disinformation, presented without any evidence, smearing the Democratic Party. This message is consistent with the pro-Kremlin disinformation narrative that the US presidential elections were rigged and casting doubt on the legitimacy of the Biden Administration.
It is not true that the Democrats somehow violated the rules of democracy. President-elect Joe Biden, who was a Democratic Party candidate, won the popular vote by more than 7 million votes ahead Trump. The claims of massive fraud in the 2020 US presidential elections were extensively investigated but no real evidence was ever found. Although the Trump campaign filed 62 election lawsuits to overturn the result, most have been dismissed. The OSCE Observation Mission stated that the 2020 Presidential election vote was: “competitive and well managed”.
There is no evidence that anyone organized protests to discredit President Trump. In fact, the president himself encouraged attendees of his "Save America Rally" before the siege to head to the Capitol to demonstrate against President-elect Joe Biden's victory. The crowd chanted "Fight for Trump" at the end of the speech. The people arrested in relation to the siege are connected to, for instance, QAnon and the Proud Boys, organisations openly supporting President Trump. There is also no information on provocateurs linked to US Democrats is available to official investigators so far.
US Departement of Justice charged thirteen individuals in federal court in the District of Columbia related to crimes committed at the U.S. Capitol in Washington, on January 6, 2021. In addition to those who have been charged, additional complaints have been submitted and investigations are ongoing.
