SUMMARY
The suspects in the Skripal case could not walk in Salisbury since the whole city was covered in snow. On the 4th March there was heavy rain and snow, so they had to leave Salisbury early.
RESPONSE
CCTV images show the pair walking with apparent ease on almost completely clear pavements. According to the weather forecasts, there was no snow or rain on the 4th March. Further debunk by The Insider.
