DISINFO: The West is responsible for the death of civilians in Donbas and Ukraine

The Kyiv regime uses the weapons that the West supplies to Ukraine against the civilian population of Donbas and other parts of Ukraine as a means of intimidation, this is state terror.
RESPONSE
This is a recurring disinformation narrative from pro-Kremlin outlets accusing the West of aggravating the situation in Ukraine and increasing civilian casualties.
Some Western nations are sending weapons to Ukraine with the sole purpose of helping it repel the Russian aggression. Western weapons are expected to enable Ukraine to liberate its territories and restore its territorial integrity within the internationally recognised borders. Ukraine does not intend to move further into Russia within its internationally recognised borders.
What really destabilises the situation and aggravates the humanitarian crisis in Ukraine is Russia’s targeting civilian infrastructure and residential areas, which has led to numerous victims among civilians. There is ample evidence of Russian military crimes in Ukraine in the town of Bucha, Mariupol, Kremenchuk, Kramatorsk, Odesa and other places.
Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, 11,152 civilian casualties in the country: 4,889 killed and 6,263 injured. by 4 July UN mission update, and 347 children have died and more than 646 were wounded, reports the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine (by 7 July).
There is plenty of evidence of attacks on civilian targets: attacks on cultural properties; attacks on hospitals and medical care facilities; Mariupol theatre airstrike; Mariupol hospital airstrike; mass shelling of residential areas; bombing of Kyiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Odesa etc.
WHO records over 200 attacks on health care in Ukraine: health facilities and transport, including ambulances.
