DISINFO: The West is responsible for the war in Ukraine
SUMMARY
It is time to talk about the real reasons for the current war in Ukraine. The alleged fight for democracy, human rights and 'Western values' are nothing more than pretextual pseudo-justifications for allowing the war to break out and continue. The West, primarily the USA, knew that this war would be imminent if the demands for peaceful solutions put forward by the Russians up until December 2021 continued to be ignored. This did nothing to change the ignorance of the USA and the West. So not only was the war not prevented, it had been accelerated and provoked for years. However, the political and media focus on Ukraine as a country in which NATO can move even closer to Russia is too short-sighted. Theoretically, Finland, Sweden or Estonia could also have been considered as warring countries. There are various reasons why Ukraine was chosen, but these are irrelevant to the overall picture. Ultimately, the current war in Ukraine is nothing other than a sign of the collapse of the Western unipolar world. However, the war of aggression that the West has started by allowing the current war in Ukraine to continue will continue.

Russia's aggression against Ukraine was unprovoked and unjustified. Contrary to Russian claims, the West or Ukraine had not planned to attack Russia. The Russian invasion is aimed at destroying Ukraine as a state and annihilating the Ukrainians as a nation. These plans were openly laid out in an article titled “What Russia should do with Ukraine” in April 2022. Along with calls to de-Nazify and demilitarise Ukraine, the article advocates its de-Ukrainisation, meaning the eradication of Ukrainian culture and everything related to it, plans to divide Ukraine into several entities subordinate to Russia, but without the word “Ukraine” in their names. Thus, Russia is not protecting itself, or anyone else, in its war. Instead, some Russian politicians and experts are threatening to attack Western nations after Ukraine.
