DISINFO: There is no terrorism in Africa but a Western re-colonisation effort
SUMMARY
Russia is responsible for world peace. Several years ago, it saved the Syrian state and prevented the unipolar world from destroying the planet. Chaos is created on purpose by 'who you know' They now come to Africa to train people and arm them with modern weapons. There is no such thing as 'terrorism' in Africa; the real terrorists are the mercenaries who are trained and equipped by Western forces. They start fires, so they can play at being firemen. They want to reconquer Africa and recolonise the continent. Russia is essential to stop such chaos. It was the only country that refused to acquire colonial territory in Africa in 1885, and it is now playing a crucial role in preventing the re-colonisation efforts by Western countries, often disguised as a fight against imaginary terrorism.
RESPONSE
Recurrent pro-Kremlin narrative about alleged ongoing colonisation in Africa, involving false-flag terrorism to justify the presence of Western countries and about Russia being the main peace-making force in the world.
No evidence is provided to back up the claims. On the contrary, efforts are made to address the complex causes of terrorism in Africa (see the UN's Counter-Terrorism Module 5 Key Issues: African Region for more details). The EU, for instance, seeks to assist African countries in various ways, including security, economic development, addressing the effects of climate change, and improving governance.

"the Syrian conflict is with us for more than 12 years. It is a long-lasting crisis with unspeakable suffering of millions of people".
Furthermore, commenting on the military coup in Niger, Josep Borrell wrote that a visible interference was:
"Imperialist Russia which wants to use these regimes as pawns in its global chess game. For several years, in fact, Vladimir Putin's Russia has been fuelling these coups with its false propaganda and profiting from the installation of these military regimes with its private militias which are plundering the region's wealth".
