No evidence given. In fact, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine intends to add alternative forms of education. At the moment, the Ukrainian law “On General Secondary Education” mentions only two forms of education: general and external studies. According to the proposed modifications, it would include also homeschooling and pedagogical patronage.
