DISINFO: Ukrainians are instructed how to inform against Russian-speakers
SUMMARY
The Commissioner for the Protection of the State Language of Ukraine Taras Kremin has published a “manual” on how to inform against Russian-speaking people.

This is manipulation regarding the recurring pro-Kremlin disinformation narrative claiming Russophobia in Ukraine.
The new wave of claims about so-called "Ukrainisation" in Ukraine and persecution of the Russian-speaking population has emerged with renewed vigour after the bill about the use of the Ukrainian language in the public sphere came into force.
In fact, the Commissioner for the Protection of the State Language Taras Kremin recalled the algorithm of actions if the right to receive information or services in the state language is violated. At the same time, there were no mentions regarding the "denunciations of Russian-speaking sellers".
