No evidence given. Ukraine's law (moratorium) prohibiting the sale and purchase of land by foreigners has been extended several times and currently is valid till 1 January 2019. In fact, the land reform and lifting of the moratorium on land sales in Ukrainehave been withdrawn from the IMF Memorandum in 2017, and are not a mandatory requirement for the provision of the next tranche of funding.
