DISINFO: West wants to transform Armenia in a "new Ukraine" or an "anti-Russia"
SUMMARY
The West openly wants to get a "new Ukraine" or "anti-Russia" from Armenia, to create an image of a new opponent of Russia for Armenia.
The assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs at the US State Department has clearly stated that “we want Armenia to make a real decision to become our partner, against Russia.” The keywords here are “against Russia.”
In fact, the US State Department wants not so much to develop the Armenian-American partnership as to create for Armenia the image of a new enemy of Russia – the new Ukraine.

Additionally, turning Armenia into a "second Ukraine" implies that the West is responsible for the war in Ukraine. The claim that the West allegedly provoked the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine is one of the key messages of Putin’s propaganda. It was Putin’s personal decision to invade Ukraine and start the largest military conflict in Europe since WWII.
