DISINFO: Western arms support to Ukraine failing, backing international terrorists

RESPONSE
This is a recurring disinformation narrative from pro-Kremlin outlets accusing the West of aggravating the situation in Ukraine and waging a war against Russia. This claim is made in the context of Russia's war of aggression against Ukraine. The western arms support is claimed to be useless for Ukraine and dangerous for the western countries due to alleged leaks to terrorist groups.
There are legitimate concerns about the transparency in the supply process of Western weapons, as the US and other governments have explained that they don’t have the means to monitor the final destination of all these arms. According to the reports in the international media, Ukraine was setting up a more extensive weapons monitoring and tracking system with the help of the Western countries.
There is no evidence to suggest, that the weapons sent to Ukraine "end up in the hands of terorrists".
